Shipping
All orders are shipped within 48 hours following payment confirmation. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure accurate address details are provided at the time of payment. Delivery is guaranteed until the carrier confirms the package’s delivery status. Once the package is marked as delivered, our obligation concludes, and we are no longer accountable for its safety.
Returns and Replacements
To uphold the quality and integrity of the research chemicals we provide, returns are not accepted for E&A Research products under any circumstances. All sales are considered final and no refunds will be offered.
Replacements for E&A Research products are only provided in cases where the product is damaged or entirely missing from the order.
All products are meticulously packaged to ensure they arrive without damage.
Each packaged order is documented with photographs to ensure accuracy in packing.
Should a product arrive damaged or be missing, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package by utilizing the communication links located in the website footer.

Media
