Who can purchase?
Purchasers must be at least 21 years old and qualified to handle the research materials they order. Products are for laboratory research only, not for human consumption or recreational use.
What do the quantities on product listings mean?
Check each listing and product image for the supplied form, pack quantity and stated amount or concentration. Capsule and tablet amounts are stated per capsule or tablet. Contact us before ordering if any detail is unclear. These specifications are not instructions for human use.
When will my order ship?
Our shipping policy states that orders ship within 48 hours after payment confirmation. Shipping is separate from delivery time. Review the shipping options and charges shown at checkout.
Can I return an order or request a refund?
All sales are final. Returns are not accepted and refunds are not offered. Please verify the product, quantity and delivery address before ordering.
What if an item arrives damaged or is missing?
Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package. Replacements are limited to damaged items or items missing from the order, subject to our replacement policy. Contact Support@EA-research.com for assistance.
What if tracking says delivered?
Our shipping policy guarantees delivery until the carrier confirms delivery. Once the carrier marks the package delivered, our delivery responsibility ends. Check your delivery address and carrier tracking information, and contact support if you need help locating the shipment.
Can I request batch documentation?
Contact support before ordering to ask what documentation is available for the specific product and batch. Availability should be confirmed directly; this page does not certify a product or batch.
